We are a collaboration hub that serves to equip, empower, and mobilize business as missions.
Whether it's helping missionaries with no business experience become first-time entrepeneurs, consulting and supporting existing businesses, incubating new start-ups, connecting investors to business as missions, or mobilizing teams to support the work through short and long-term projects, we exist to facilitate the many facets of growing God's kingdom through business.
Our Process
Consult
We help missionaries and entrepeneurs identify profitable opportunities in their region of interest by going on location to gather information, create and analyze business models, and determine the viability of various business strategies.
Build
We collaborate with a variety of partners such as investors, supporting organizations, and local people to help the new business get everything in place for success.
Facilitate
We train partners in the skills essential to running their business as well as help them acquire the tools, resources, and long-term accumen needed to keep it running.
Grow
We provide long-term mentorship, accountability, and business assistance to help Christ followers excel as business owners.

Solution Driven Gas | Ivory Coast
Eliano Som is a bright, hard working, business owner who was looking to expand his influence in his community and the kingdom. After working through several business models, Solution Driven Gas was born. This company was solvent in 13 months and has made steady profits to this day. Keep an eye out for upcoming projects in this area!
JJ’s Convenience Store | Honduras
Allan shared his dream of owning a convenience store that also helped provide residents of Roatan with affordable long-term housing. After just three months of working together, Heart of Service helped Allan break ground on JJ’s Convenience Store with apartments for locals to rent on the top two floors.
Little Ones Ministry | Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Uganda
Little Ones Ministry's Hope Centers are outposts for evangelism, discipleship, and community development efforts in communities across the world. Hope Centers are places kids go to get off the street and enjoy privileges like having a place to hang out after school, tutoring programs, food allowances, movies, music, sports, board games, video games, field trips, clothing distributions, and future scholorship opportunities. Each Hope Center is establish by partnering with local Christ followers to continue the work of the kingdom. The goal is for each to be financially sustained through a local entrepreneurial partnership.

Gideon 300 is a ministry of missions-focused men who believe in dedicating their finances and service to advancing God's kingdom worldwide. Gideon was just a normal man, but he loved God and stood firm against oppression in his own land. He was used by God to lead 300 men who were not fearful or trembling to go set Israel free from the hands of the enemy.

Hi, I'm James! I'm the founder of Heart of Service. I started my first business when I was fiteen years old, and I have been involved in running or starting businesses ever since. They say if you take away a painter's brush he will make art with his finger in the sand. That is how entrepreneurship works for me — it comes out whether I’m trying or not. I love to serve others, especially through entrepeneurship and missions. It has become one of the most fulfilling purposes of my life, and we would love to find ways that Heart of Service can help you engage in this good work.
