Whether it's helping missionaries with no business experience become first-time entrepeneurs, connecting investors and knowledge-experts with kingdom-minded business owners overseas, mobilizing teams to support the work through short and long-term projects, or anything in between, we exist to facilitate the many facets of growing God's kingdom through business.
We help missionaries identify profitable opportunities in their region of interest by going on location to gather information, create and analyze business models, and determine the viability of various business strategies.
We collaborate with a variety of partners such as investors, supporting organizations, and local people to help the new business get everything in place for launch.
We train missionaries in skills essential to running their new business as well as help them acquire the tools, resources, and long-term partnerships needed to keep it running.
We provide long-term mentorship, accountability, and business assistance to help missionaries excel as business owners.

Little Ones Ministry's Hope Centers are outposts for evangelism, discipleship, and community development efforts in communities across the world. Hope Centers are places kids go to get off the street and enjoy privileges like having a place to hang out after school, tutoring programs, food allowances, movies, music, sports, board games, video games, field trips, clothing distributions, and future scholorship opportunities. Each Hope Center is run by local people, and the goal is for each to be financially sustained through a local entrepreneurial partnership. Currently there are 5 hope centers with plans to expand to 25 by the year 2025.
Gideon 300 exists to help Little Ones Ministry reach their goal of establishing 25 Hope Centers by 2025. Doing this involves finding stateside partners who help build a financial foundation for the work there while receiving help to be men who stand firm at home. Gideon was just a normal man, but he loved God and stood firm against oppression in his own land. He was used by God to lead 300 men who were not fearful or trembling to go set Israel free from the hands of the enemy.

Hi, I'm James! I'm the CEO of Heart of Service and for the past 25 years I have run a number of businesses for others and started approximately ten of my own. They say if you take away a painter's brush he will make art with his finger in the sand. That is how entrepreneurship works for me. It comes out whether I’m trying or not. About 15 years ago, I developed a love for serving others, especially through missions. Living this dream of serving others through business as missions has been one of the most fulfilling purposes of my life, and I would love to find ways that Heart of Service can help you engage in this good work.
